Wes served as the Associate Pastor of Crossroads Christian Fellowship for over 20 years. He served on the board of a missions organization for 10 of those years, bringing Bibles and supplies to the persecuted churches in Asia, as well as bringing aid to orphans and widows. Wes furthered his education with the Institute of Nouthetic Studies as a biblical counselor.
