This is Palash, who is now 16 years old (March 2017). She lost her dad when she was seven months old. She did not see her father’s face and she always felt the absence of her father in her life. Her dad died of HIV, which no one knew until Palash was 11. She got sick and went for treatment after losing sight in her right eye. The reason for losing her eyesight was HIV, which was revealed after her test in the hospital. The doctor said there is no chance for any treatment for her right eye anymore since the vein of her eye dried up, and there is no cure for the vein shrinking. We have been praying for her eye the last three years, from the day she stepped into the safe house.
Though the doctors said there is no hope, we are asking God for miracles in her life. Because we know what man cannot do, God can do. The door God opens, no man can shut. We request all of you to join us in prayer for this little girl. She is a young girl of 16 and she is doing her studies in grade 10. Because of her weak eyesight, she is not able to do her studies well. God knows her need, and He will surely provide everything she needs. Please continue to pray for her.
April 2017 Prayer Request: Continue to pray for Palash who cannot see with her one eye because of HIV. The doctor has lost hope for her treatment, but with God all things are possible. Let the miracle takes place in her life. Let His will be done in her life.
March 2017 Prayer Request: Pray for her school grades, which are going to be out soon.
January 2017 Prayer Request: Pray for Palash doing her studies; she will be appearing for her exams soon. Some of the girls struggle with English and math.
